　Principle&Characteristic

• The model RGLB150 is a vertical bag-making, filling and sealing machine, widely used for packing granules and powdery non-adhesive materials, such as gourmet power, coffee, powdery detergent and instant drinks.
  With the stepping motor subdivision technology adopted for the bag- mak- ing system, the accuracy of the system, with errors less than 1 mm, is high.
  A double circuit-controlled heating mechanism adopted for vertical and horizontal sealing makes tem. control more accurate and sealing quality higher so that more materials can be used for packing
  With a computerized bag-length controller, the length and counting can be preset with packing speed shown.
  A measuring cup is provided for quickly and conveniently adjusting packing volume.
  Auto picketage is carried out by the photoelectric control system.
  The part contacting materials are made of stainless steel , conforming to GMP.
  The separate revolving knife makes adjustment easy. Linear knife, sawtooth knife and dotted line knife are provided for customers' selection.
